Report it to the department with the staff and authority to fix it.

When a resident sees an unsightly car or yard, the first instinct is often to call a board member. A better, faster approach is to report the issue directly to the City of Tucson department that has enforcement power and paid staff to handle it. Here's who to contact.

Graffiti

Tagging on public or private property is illegal — and graffiti left in place tends to attract more. If you catch someone in the act, call 911. If it's on your own property, the City may eventually require you to remove it.
